The Netherlands

We’re happy to offer free delivery on all domestic orders above €80,-. Under €80,- the shipping costs are €6,75.

Europe

For all EU countries we ship for free on all orders above €150,-. Under €150,- shipping costs are €10,-.

Worldwide

For shipping to all other countries costs may vary per country and parcel weight. Please contact us for the costs applicable to your country and order. Do keep in mind that you may be charged for local import duties and custom charges upon arrival of the goods in your country.

Returns & exchanges

Policy

If you want to return a product, please notify us at hello@foible.store within 7 days after receiving your order. Products must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order and in unused and undamaged condition, including all product packaging. Please make sure to package your return shipment well.

Costs

The shipping costs and risks of returning a product are at the expense of the buyer.

If we sent you an incorrect or damaged product, please let us know within 7 days after receiving your order by sending an e-mail to hello@foible.store. In this case we will of course cover the return shipping costs. After receiving back the item (-s) we will make sure to resend you your originally ordered goods.

Please note a lot of our products are made from natural materials and/or handmade, therefore small discrepancies may occur.

Product Availability

It can happen that a product is no longer available. In that case we will notify you immediately and send you a refund or shop credit.
